Basic Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of sales experience, ideally in construction, roofing, building materials, or a related field
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets, with the ability to consistently meet or exceed expectations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Bilingual in French and English
• Valid driver’s licence and availability to travel to clients and construction sites as needed
• Comfortable using CRM systems, managing sales pipelines, and following up on opportunities
• Knowledge of the Quebec construction and roofing market is considered an asset
• Ability to represent Metalavie professionally when interacting with homeowners, contractors, partners, and industry contacts
